Our Non-Resident Fellow Federico Donelli, Ph.D. was interviewed by Abdi Biyenssa on Addis Standard. Dr. Donelli shared his comments on the MoU signed by Ethiopia with Somaliland, stating that the agreement has injected an additional layer of complexity into the already tense regional dynamics by escalating tensions between Somalia and both Ethiopia and Somaliland.
