Damian’s career spans education, policy analysis, and legislative affairs. He worked as an educational policy analyst in the Maryland Senate President’s Office before becoming Chief of Staff to State Senator Katie Fry Hester and later serving as the Senior AI Advisor for the Maryland General Assembly. With extensive experience in policy and government, he is particularly passionate about addressing systemic barriers to well-being—focusing on healthcare access, substance abuse, education, and poverty—to help individuals lead longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
