Drug Overdose Crisis and Policy Responses

1- Dr. Susan Bissett, the president of the Drug Intervention Institute.

2- Dr. Sandra Bucerius (Moderator), the Director of the University of Alberta prison project (UAPP).

3- Dr. Larissa J. Maier, an international drug policy expert from Switzerland, is a member of the core research team at the Global Drug Survey (currently traveling in South America to learn more about indigenous culture, plant medicine, and community healing).

4- Carina Havenstrite, Program Manager at Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office, Worked in the Overdose Fatality Review Team. Carina Havenstrite has led the development, facilitation, and implementation of recommendations developed by the Lackawanna Country Overdose Fatality Review (OFR) Team.
